Non-Returnable Situations

Refund Processing
Once your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
